These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the betvissa platform, including all sports betting, casino gaming, fishing games, and related services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on betvissa. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betvissa login credentials. Any activity conducted using your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@betvissa immediately.
Fair Play Enforcement
All games and betting markets on betvissa are subject to fair play monitoring. Any use of automated systems, bots, exploits, collusion, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, with no right of appeal.
BDT as Operating Currency
All accounts on betvissa operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. betvissa is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates as detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Players must satisfy all conditions before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
Right to Void Bets
betvissa reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or wager in cases of system errors, obvious pricing mistakes, data feed failures, match abandonment, or where betvissa reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake amount.
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a registered player on betvissa.
These Terms & Conditions are written in plain English to ensure every player on betvissa — regardless of their legal background — can understand the rules governing their use of the Platform.
Where any ambiguity exists in the interpretation of these Terms, betvissa will apply the interpretation that is most consistent with the protection of the Player's legitimate interests, provided that interpretation does not conflict with fair play requirements or applicable law.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of betvissa is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an active account on the Platform.
To be eligible to register and play on betvissa, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age. betvissa operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
- Be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, partnership, or other legal structure).
- Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for satisfying themselves that their use of betvissa complies with all applicable laws of Bangladesh.
- Not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — including any self-exclusion previously applied through betvissa — that is currently active.
- Not have had a previous betvissa account closed by the Platform for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other prohibited conduct.
- Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
betvissa reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time in order to confirm age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player — including a player found to be under 18 — will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, less any withdrawals already made, and no winnings will be paid out.
betvissa may require one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity:
- National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid passport
- Birth certificate
- Driver's licence
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Account Registration and Security

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

- A valid and active mobile phone number registered in your name

- You must notify betvissa immediately at support@betvissa if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- betvissa strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your account, which is available at no charge from your account settings page.
betvissa will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from betvissa that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
betvissa supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Deposits are credited to your betvissa wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction on your mobile banking application.
- betvissa does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction fees.
- You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- betvissa reserves the right to return deposits if identity verification is outstanding or if the deposit source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all supported methods.
- Withdrawal requests are processed around the clock. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 45 minutes of approval.
- betvissa may require identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
- Withdrawals requested before satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements will be declined until the wagering requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
- betvissa does not charge withdrawal fees; processing times may vary depending on your mobile banking provider.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on betvissa. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, casino games, slot titles, and fishing games are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
General betting and gaming rules:
- All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where specifically permitted by the rules of a particular market or game.
- betvissa displays odds and pricing in real time. Odds displayed at the moment you confirm a bet are the odds at which that bet is accepted. For in-play markets, odds may change between the moment you select a bet and the moment it is confirmed; in such cases betvissa will either accept the bet at the displayed odds or prompt you to confirm the new odds.
- betvissa reserves the right to set individual, account-level, or market-level betting limits. These limits may be applied without prior notice and are not subject to appeal.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the result recorded in betvissa's official system records shall be the definitive record. Where a discrepancy exists between the displayed result and the official result of a sporting event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing committee), the official result shall take precedence.
- Live streaming and data feeds are provided for informational purposes only. betvissa is not liable for any delay, interruption, or inaccuracy in live data feeds that may affect in-play betting decisions.
- All RNG casino games and slot titles operate on certified random-number generation systems. Outcomes are entirely random and independent of any previous results. Past performance does not predict future outcomes.
Cricket betting on betvissa covers all major tournaments including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, and all bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Match-specific rules — including rules regarding abandonment, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, and reduced-over matches — are published within the Cricket section of the Platform.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's wallet in any of the following circumstances:
- The event or match is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement deadline
- A pricing or data error was present at the time the bet was placed
- betvissa determines the bet was placed using prohibited automated means
- The market is suspended due to regulatory or operational reasons
- The relevant governing body overturns or declares the result unofficial after settlement

Bonuses and Promotions

The following general bonus terms apply to all offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
Bonus credits and free spins expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are automatically removed from the account balance with no recourse.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
betvissa reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus where abuse of the promotional system is suspected, including the use of multiple accounts, bonus arb strategies, or low-risk bet hedging patterns.
Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betvissa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on betvissa, whether using the same or different personal details.
- Identity fraud: Registering with false identity information, using a third party's identity, or impersonating another person in any communication with betvissa.
- Underage gambling: Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by an individual under 18.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human input.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, exploit a known platform vulnerability, or share account access for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including but not limited to bonus arbing, matched betting via the same platform, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile banking provider in respect of a legitimate deposit to betvissa.
- Money laundering: Using the betvissa Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise launder money through the Platform's payment systems.
- Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or in any way participating in the corruption of sporting events.
- Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting any error, bug, or malfunction in the Platform's software, pricing engine, or payment systems for financial gain.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward betvissa staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Unauthorised commercial activity: Operating as an agent, affiliate, or introducer on the betvissa Platform without the express written authorisation of betvissa management.
Account Suspension and Closure
Both the Player and betvissa have the right to close or suspend an account under certain circumstances. The following terms govern account suspension and closure.
Player-initiated closure:
- You may request the closure of your betvissa account at any time by contacting the support team at support@betvissa. Your request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements.
- Bonus credits remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited and will not be paid out.
- Players seeking closure for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel gambling is becoming a problem — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion option rather than standard account closure. betvissa-initiated suspension or closure:
- betvissa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, provision of false registration information, or failure to complete identity verification.
- Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, all account balances including real-money funds may be forfeited at betvissa's discretion.
- Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email to their registered address. During a suspension, all deposit, withdrawal, and betting activity is frozen until the investigation is concluded.
- betvissa will provide written reasons for account closure where required by applicable law, but reserves the right to withhold specific details where disclosure would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods available on betvissa are:
- 30-day cooling-off period
- 90-day temporary self-exclusion
- 6-month self-exclusion
- 12-month self-exclusion
- Indefinite self-exclusion
During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you cannot deposit, bet, or withdraw. To apply, contact support@betvissa with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".
Players who have voluntarily closed their account for non-responsible-gaming reasons may apply to re-register after a minimum cooling-off period of 72 hours, subject to identity verification.
Players who have self-excluded may not re-register until their chosen self-exclusion period has fully elapsed. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering under different details will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
General Provisions
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betvissa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. betvissa's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms:
betvissa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betvissa will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and betvissa with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
